Is it really so difficult for you to say "I'm sorry" and to really mean it?
Which other word is difficult for you to say. It can even be a very nice loving word - it happens often..

I think "sorry" is hard to say when you've done something that might hurt the other person or you don't want to be proven wrong...
another phrase that is hard to say is "I love you" but I can't figure out why...

if one is sorry then one should mean it , not just saying it for the sake of doing so , another word i find on some occasions to say is. Please forgive me i think it is a stronger apolizie word to use , and it has a much broader outlook about it than sorry does , LETS SAY YOU HAD A FIGHT WITH YOU PARTNER , and he was at fault , he would probable just say sorry , , and then that is it , but to say please forgive me , has the meaning of a stronger word , , such as i am SORRY I DID THAT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN , OR WOU8LD YOU LIKE HIM TO SAY I KNOW I DID WRONG WILL YOU PLEASE FORGIVE ME , GOOD LUCK

I love you. As much as I want to say this word to someone I love, I feel like if I say it, it wouldn't sound like I would mean it. And I haven't said it and meant it in a long time, that it would be awkward for me to say. I want to sound affectionate.

It isn't hard for me to say sorry. If I know I am wrong, it is easy for me to admit it. I think saying love is hard since you open yourself up to being hurt.

Lol. Yeah, it can be a little hard to say it sometimes. Other words that are hard for me to say is "Mommy and Daddy, I love you".
