I have a jewelry box night stand that was my mothers, granmothers, and great granmothers. I will never get rid of it.

Sorry, I can't narrow it down to one thing! All my choices have sentimental value more than monetary value. Even the ones that I bought were not very expensive! So here's my list: a musical teapot that was my grandmother's, two rings that I inherited from my aunt, a special silk-covered journal that a friend gave me, a small Murano glass fish that I bought in Italy, three small paintings that I bought on my travels. I was going to say my travel scrapbooks, but those are replaceable (but would be a lot of work).

I am "semi-wealthy" and own some very nice guitars and guitar amplifiers, and some very nice jewelry. As to what means the most to me? None of them compares to my sweetie - and my pet cat - the smartest cat in the world... trained by me! Objects can be replaced. If I am limited in my answer to only "objects", then some of the things that represent my accomplishments mean the most to me, like trophies or special awards for doing something special.

Hmm..never really thought of it..human take things for granted.
For the time being, my cell phone would be the most important item to me.
Since I'm far away from home, my cell enables me to keep in touch with my family, & also with my friends...
Those handy built-in camera allows me to capture any moment that I can share with those near to me...
Music player keeps me occupied when I'm bored...

All my photos. Living away from home for University is hard enough but I think I'd get a lot more homesick if I didn't have those.

The Hockey Puck from my sons first win.
He gave it to me for always taking him to hockey and cheering him to victory and being there in times of defeat.
