Its not anti american to be against the war. in fact the war is unjust and illegal if anything its unamerican we are supposed to be the ones in the right and showing a shining example to the world. Anyhow no its not a crime to protest the war as long as you dont break laws while doing it like trespassing or getting physical with anyone. Also they will most likely put you on the potential terrorist list.

Not in the US. The First Amendment specifically protects the right to free speech and the right to peacebly assemble to redress the actions of the government. Neither is it unpatriotic.

No, not specifically, but many protestors break other laws such as tresspassing, or blocking access to public(government) buildings.

Morally it is. By not supporting the war, you are showing the terrorists we are weak. They should all see a unified front behind our President.

Also, by protesting the war, you are demoralizing all the soldiers who have their lives on the line so you can post your 'anti-American' rhetoric on this board.

You be the judge if it's a crime.
