I want to write a story of my youth, and I've even thought of a title, '500 Years In Wander'. A novel that is, a true story of my years as a young teenager -- well, it would end when I'm 17, when we get a roof over our heads. I'm just afraid it will incriminate a lot of people. Especially my parents, my ex-boyfriend and his family, and the health authorities. Even if I change their names, and my name -- would they still be able to sue me if it can relate back to them?
I've even thought of the title of the next book, 'After Wander' haha! but that's still living through my life, so I can't just write it yet haha!

Go ahead and write it first. You may be surprised when you begin and find out that the story refuses to embrace your assumptions. Count no chickens when the eggs are yet to hatch.
I look forward to reading your masterpiece.

good luck

Why does everybody think their life is so unusual or so interesting that people would want to read about it?

Lots of people have tragic upbringings. If the story is that interesting write a fictionalized account of it and change everybody's name. If you were homeless, put yourself through college and now teach at Harvard that might be interesting. But just because you now have a roof over your head doesn't make that an interesting story.

Sorry.
