Not very good, drizzle comes from low lying status clouds, most of the time, in order to get lightning, you need instability, such as a towering Cumulonimbus cloud and raising and lowering air next to each other for lightning to even begin to form.

when clouds come near each other (+vely and -vely charged) come close together approx 10kms near the charges are attracted together that is the charge flow from one cloud to another at a very high speed which cause a electric current which is seen as lighting. a very strong lightning can cause eye sight blindness, and direct contact to it can burn houses or even humans or animals. it produces a very very very high heat that is equal to 100000 degree celcius.it all happens in a very short time less than a second. also its chances is not very good, drizzle comes from low lying status clouds, most of the time, in order to get lightning, you need instability, such as a towering Cumulonimbus cloud and raising and lowering air next to each other for lightning to even begin to form.
