I have already eaten papayas,bananas,yogurts.I drank more than 8 glasses of water.I am passing out alot of stomach gas.I cannot seem to go to toilet still.I know I don't have Irritatible Bowel Syndrome.I don't have any pain in my back or stomach.I need remedies,badly.Thanks in advance.

I think oranges, figs and prunes might be better fruits to try. Also eat more vegetables and drink more water.
Massage your abdomen moving your hand clockwise a few times a day. Put a small amount of oil on your tummy to help your hand slide over your tummy more easily.

try this and see if it works. for breakfast eat an orange and have a bowl of all bran with semi skimmed milk washed down with a glass of pure orange juice. later on in the day eat a small tin of prunes after a meal. always drink plenty of water during the day too. a diet of plenty of fruit and veg and water should help keep you going. if it persists then go see your gp.

Try drinking some prune juice, as it is a natural stimulant. If that doesnt work you might want to try laxatives or stool softeners. If no bowel movements in a week you need to see a doctor because you might have impacted feces in your bowel.

Eat a bran cereal. The bran will have you in the bathroom within 24 hours. Raisin Bran or something similar is you best bet and this is a recommendation from my doctor for me. it real easy to get constipated after having a baby and this is what he told me to do.

i hope this is not a regular thing for you... just pick up a herbal laxative tea drink it before you sleep. Should clean your system by morning, make sure you dont work that day...
