My best guy friend just came over to borrow something, I'm about to give him a kiss on the cheek like always and he kisses me on the lips, turns around without a word and walks up to his car. I'm standing on the porch totally freaked out and he comes back and French kisses me... Then he left.... What is going on? Where did this come from? And with whom should I talk about it when normally I call him to talk about sh*t like that?

Maybe he has feelings for you that are more than just friendly.
Have you not watch any romance movies? Think long and hard about this because if you are not into him like that then you might have to swim through some really rough waters together to hold onto your friendship. They always say that relationships last the longest when you start out as friends first. I hope that it all works out in the end for you both.

He has more than "friend" feelings for ya~now you have to decide where to take it from here~talk to him about it, find out the feelings and reasonings, and see if that is an arena you want to venture into~it is ALWAYS a bit more difficult when the friend wants to become more, because you are always afraid of damaging the friendship. If you want more~go for it~if not, then talk and try and work something out so it isn't awkward!!

Seems pretty clear to me, he is wanting to get jiggy with it.
He really didnt need to borrow anything, he just wanted to lay the lip lock on you.
