Absolutely!
Pros: Remain attractive to your spouse , make your spouse proud to be seen with you, morale booster,make others notice you and realize how lucky you are to have someone that cares about themselves and looks good;
Cons: Being appealing to the opposite sex, being lusted after, potential of affair; but should not be a problem provided you have a strong relationship with your spouse.
I encourage it! If my wife is looking exceptionally hot and I`m with her, while we are out I will whisper in her ear how hot she is and how all the guys are drooling over her..
I don`t harp on it, I say it once and then am proud to be the lucky guy holding her hand.

Yes. I do think that spouses should make effort to look good for their partners. I believe that people always would like to make friends or be attracted to someone who appear to be decent. It is not only help you to make more friends if you dress nice, but also shows that you respect your partner.

Of course. Just because you get married doesn't mean you should let yourself go. I see so many people, both male and female that complain that once they got married, their spouse gained weight, started dressing like a slob, not doing their hair etc. NO ONE wants to look at that. People should always want to look their best and I am sure their spouses fell proud when being seen with them that they do.

Pros: staying in shape…does not always mean literally but looking after oneself will lead to a healthier & better life such as being cautious about the food you eat, making time to exercise, finding time to bond just the two of you, doing an activity as a family, keeping the intimacy high five, communicates/listens/suggests, praying, respecting & accepting each others imperfections.Always try to be positive…….all these are ingredients to look good in and out. Result: more loving relationship.
Cons: when a partner is too lazy to take care of her/himself, health problems may arise, tendency to be depress, easily lose his/her temper, poor hygiene, wrong choices of food will lead to sluggishness/health risks/ laziness, easily snap on many things…hardly see any affection …equals….relationship sinking.
By learning to take care of oneself, you lead a healthier & more loving relationship and be together longer as oppose to having too many health problems brought by ageing & lack of precautions.

cons: you lose your identity in the process/ it is more work for you/ your meeting their needs more than yours/ one day it will not be appreciated because they will f u k someone else anyways.
pros: you might get more sex.
bottom line: if a guy or gal treats their partner with the ut most respect and the other party knows that he or she is loved there will be no questions asked when it comes to things like looking good for the other person. you will feel good in your relationship and you will want to look good for not only your partner but for yourself.

Yes i think a man always appreciates it when his partner looks good for him. I certainly like to see my man well dressed and clean shaven. Okay we all have tracksuit days so dont worry but i think as long as you assure your partner that you are looking good for him and no other guy. I always feel happier when im wearing nice clothes with a nice lipstick and hairdo! I can tell by my bf's smile that he likes it too!

lol...in a perfect world, yes. however this is the real world and spouses just tend to hit a certain "comfort level" with each other and some will give up on their looks. is this a good thing, not really...but hey, at least you know they're yours

Absoultely!!
First of all, what self-respecting person wouldn't want ot look good?
Second, when you leave the house, you are a representative of that household, so as a rep. you want to look your best! It's a reflection on the relationship as well as the family.
