when i'm on my period i get really spotty onmy face aswell as on my vagina, is this normal and is there any way to releive the itchiness.i always use femfresh to keep clean and change the pads regularly.
adsvice please.

Vagisil works for itchiness. As for blotchiness in face, no idea. Maybe you could go to gyno to make sure everything's okay.

Yeah its normal but just in case see your doc and look out for funny colours and smells around your vag.

Always remember to wash and use sensible, comfortable underwear. There are even sensitive to the skin sanitary protection if you look hard enough.

It may just be because of all those nasty hormones making an inbalance in your skin.

Washing ur vagina alot with products isnt recommended,it stops the natural fluids cleasing ur skin and can make irriatation worse. How old are you? if u are still young the spots are cause by hormones,these should level out as u get older.

you might have sensitive skin and be getting an allergic reaction i would try to us the unsented ones and see what happens if that doesn't help go to the doctors right away

try to use internal tampons like Tampax and there are fresh tissues you can use for refreshing

and go to a dermatologist
