As I haven't yet mastered the art of disabling my ears, I am sure I have listened to gospel music at some point. So, I guess the answer is a resounding 'yes'.
Incidentally, as I type this I am listening to Bond, my daughter crying and the sound of my fingers typing on the keyboard.

No! but i do listen to contemporary christian music, and it carries a gospel message with it as well.
