I just built a new computer and when i first start it up it comes up with Intel cpu ucode loading error.. Press f1 to continue...
Can anyone please tell me what this error means?

It looks like you installed a new processor that is not supported by the motherboard. Processor sure fits the socket but motherboard BIOS (or chipset) does not support the processor. BIOS update may help in some cases but not all. An example would be a motherboard that uses i915 chipset. It uses the LGA775 platform for Pentium 4 but there are NO BIOS upgrades for Core2 Allendales or Conroe L processors.

sounds like the bios needs to be updated on the motherboard. See the manufacturer of the mainboard for bios updates from the version that's in it. The mainboard should have a bios update program with it on the disc that came with the board.
