Why not visit the web site of your chosen Swiss Account for their terms & conditions ?
NB. If Indian Customers have been asked to close their accounts, I would assume this is a result of the Indian Government making a direct request to the Swiss Government (and no doubt this will be followed by a request for the names & addresses of anyone who refuses).
