Ok, step one, walk into the kitchen. Step two, open the freezer. Step three, take out some ice. Step four, find a generous size drinking glass. Step five, put the ice in the glass. Step six, carefully place the glass of ice on the counter. Step seven, wash hands. Step eight, pray the Rosary once and bless yourself. Step eight, gingerly walk towards the cabinet, open the door, take out the golden bottle of ARAK, and cradle it in your arms like a baby. Step nine, as if walking on pins, gingerly walk the bottle into the kitchen where the glass with ice is. Step ten, pray the Rosary again. Step eleven, gently open the bottle of ARAK, and pour ever so gently over the ice into the glass, until it is about halfway full. Step twelve, put the cap back on the ARAK, and put it in the refrigerator. Step thirteen, and this is the biggie, wait 30 seconds and then serve the nectar of the gods to your guest. Repeat as necessary.

From the sheep or the Koala........
anyhow.....here it is step by step.....
Enjoy........
A delicacy called ghammeh is prepared from the sheep's stomach......... The stomach is cleaned well with salt, soap and water........ It is rinsed and finally rubbed with flour and rinsed again several times......... The stomach is cut into small squares which are wrapped around a seasoned meat and rice mixture and cooked........

Will you cook specially for him?
Give him the same your family eats everydays.
Only add a piece of chocolate as dessert.

Why Ghammeh??? He's not the king! My grandmother used to make ghammeh once every three years just for the president!
Make him some fassoulia and a salad and that's it.
