I want to make a report against some Turkish police and government officials, does anyone know are there any anti corruption bureaus in Turkey where I can make a report?

The right address for this should be Transparency International, which is a global organization against corruption. I checked their local site for Turkey:

Strangely enough, there are no contact details on it. Hopefully, this is only temporary. I suggest you go to the main page and place an inquiry there. Transparency is a reliable and reputable organization, they should be able to give you an answer.

Report the Police and government officials who are abusive to the Head of State as the person responsible for ordering an investigation on the irregularities committed.
