Yeah, TU and when placing comment after picking BA, say "Thank You Everyone". Sometimes, I write them, too, to show my appreciation, or my interest in the points they raised.

I read them all. Evaluate why one is better than the other, and determine the BA. I don't do TDs or TU's. Sometimes I even forget to thank the answerers. But treating each answer with respect, to me, is my way of showing appreciation.
And sometimes I comment on others that I can't pick as BA but really impressed or amused me.

Go to their profile and answer some of their questions, give thumbs up, send personal note, say than k you for sharing their thoughts and follow up their answers.

I usually give a thumbs-up, only to answers that are sensible and do not make fun of my questions.

i give TUs to everybody and if that's not enough, i request my friends to TU all my answerers. and always, always, i choose BA for my questions. it's the least i can to my answerers to show them i really read what they wrote.
