Violations, Schmilotations.
Don't leave. You get violations because some schmuck reports you. I have had plenty of CoC violations, because an asker didn't like my straightforward answer, which if in anyway could have been considered offending, was because it shadowed the askers question with a difference of opinion.
When I get a violation, I always reply to Yahoo and tell them the above and remind them that I am a pillar in the Yahoo Answers community and with an average 35% best answer rating, I am hardly deserving of being given a CoC violation, unless the Question had also been removed, giving the asker a CoC violation.
I always get a reply thanking me for my concern and that they will look into the matter further. I have never been suspended, and many questions have been removed as a result.
Yahoo will send you a CoC Violation and remove the answer because someone "reports it". They don't read the question. They just remove your answer and send you a CoCV. Stand up for yourself.
Don't be a woossie. Stick around and fight back. A lot of folks will miss you.

Do not give up. I got 7 violations in a row and got another a few days ago. Hey while we are still here ask questions. I was advised to look at my contacts and have had a clean out which I did. Make sure you complain. I have had 20 points given back but not recently. Chin up and ignore the baddies. There are still plenty of goodies about.

Awwwwwww You can't go I'll miss seeing you....I had the whole violation after violation phase too! I cleaned out my fan box of people who didn't answer my Q's and I had never A'd one of theirs.....Voila no more violations!! So far........But just look at Buk, comes back everyday!
