In my experience it's puking your guts out and then sleeping for a day. Good luck with that. Also, don't eat beans, that is never a good idea.

Do not smoke anything.
Caffeine will only further dehydrate you.
A multi vitamin will off-set the later effects, but not by much, although a good B-group will help your brain cope.
Spicy food will produce endorphins and other chemicals that will help you deal easier with the motion problems.
When someone else comes in the room, have them find the exact spot to place their foot to stop the room spinning. It may take some time...

the best cure is don't drink too much..
I would try to stay up for a while until it gets better, I wouldn't drink too much water at once, but I would need to drink water.
or I would have something ready by the bed, so I could throw up in it if I would throw up, when I went to bed to sleep.
Now, I don't get drunk, I rarely drink at the bar, I would only have one drink.

The one foot on the Floor is a good idea or take hold of a still object and hold yourself there until it goes away.
I always tell myself I'm okay- I'm okay just give me a minute.

Lie down and close your eyes, drink lots of water and get some food in your stomach. And a couple of head ache tablets wouldn't go amiss.
