It is in the book, it says she takes care of the household, and it was well organized, something like that.
I'm not saying a woman must stay at the house, we could accommodate, but we wouldn't want to win some and lose some, especially the love and understanding of the family. Winning might not be important, if we are willing to give up for the ones we love, we could be the real winner. lol.
