if you have already purchased a hosting service then that service provider will give you step by step details of how to upload to PHP server. other wise you can contact the web support and ask for specific details and if you are searching for a good PHP server i suggest that you try visiting http://www.xekom.com they have a list of companies offer good PHP hosting packages...good luck

first u have to purchase domain and web space from any ISP. U will be provided FTP access account name and password. In windows explorer just u have to type eg. ftp://abc.com u will be asked login name and password u have to give it. And next thing is u have to copy and paste all the files from u computer to this location.
If u want to host it from u r compter u have to purchase STATIC IP. Details about which u will get from Telephone office.

Usually NOT YOUR PC; unless you intend to toy with it not publishing it.

I had a friend who asked me this but I am only a web programmer not into consulting so I researched a bit the answer is complicated, just that the hosting is not done yourself.
