I never look my best any more.
I have middle aged, menopausal acne. Extremely annoying, just as I feel I am entering the best time of my life I erupt like a teenager!
Think I might start sulking and slamming doors now. Hang on, according to my man I already do!
Wonder if they make spot cream for the over 50's.......

B'stards. They know...they just lie in wait and erupt when you least want them to. I think it's something to do with the zit production zone being connected to the excitement area and is triggered by the knowledge something good is about to happen. Herpes, on the other hand is a different matter.

well im an expert specialist on spots and coldsores and i can tell you that its your nerves and excitment when i was a little bit younger i reasearched on this and that was the final answer.
so really you just need to not get your self hyped up or nervous.
