how far would you go back and what would you tell yourself?
would it be something silly like last weeks lottery draw or something more serious maybe someone you wished you'd never met

i would go back about 7 years ago, and tell myself not to take the promotion that in the end lead to me having a nervous breakdown. the lottery ticket thing is a good idea, but i can't put a price on my lost confidence and the health problems i was left with.

I'd be like "Hey, Elisa? You know that guy standing right there trying to kiss you right now under that beautiful full moon? Yeah, he's cute, isn't he? And you feel like you connect so much, I know. But guess what? He's totally going to break your heart. So why don't you turn your head, put your shoes back on after running around in the grass, and go to bed. Your bed. Oh, and if you do decide to kiss him and fall in love and all that, there is no reason to move to NYC with him. Okay? You got that? Cool."

Yes oh yes!! I'd go back to aged 9 or 10 years. I would have a better understanding of how important education was. I'd get into a better secondary school, which would enable me to take the necessary exams to get me to university.
That way, I wouldn't have ended up in a dead end job, marrying much too early, to the wrong guy.
I would have saved years of disappointment, not to mention time spent in private study to 'catch up' on my education.

Oh and to tell myself to not let my friend drive home one morning!

I would go back a little more than nine years ago, to the exact moment when I was telling the dad of my kid that I was pregnant and would urgently advise myself NOT to tell him and rather get rid of him.

I'd warn myself to never go out of class early in third grade. Because when I went out there was a throwing-rock-shower and one landed on my head and I almost bled to death from my head.

I'd go back to when Henry VIII was ruling and see what life like was then: see how people worked; find out what rules and regulations there were and I'd also see how children (people my age) lived their lives.
That, I believe, is priceless!!!
