do it every day a gentle stretch. if you want to get better at that stretch then the only stretch that will do the real job is that stretch! wake-up and put some music on then put ur legs in front of you and put ur back against the wall and try to relax. use your breath - deep breathing and imagine the breaths going to where it hurts and imagine its helping and soothing your legs. you must hold this stretch for at least 30secs to get a proper stretch and to improve , warm up properly if u want to hold the stretch for longer and want to stretch further so u dnt hurt yourself.do this 4 times a day- maybe when you wake-up,after lunch, watching tv- doing an inactive thing, after dinner, after having a bath! and/or before bed. dont worry i was just like you i couldnt do tht either! but i pratised Everry day and well now im close to getting my noes touching my knees! its great!! so really work at it and keep committed to it!!!!!!! you will be far down in a week or 2 if you do this every day properly. gd luck!!! xxxxxxxx

I have the same problem! When I took gym and did some stretches, it got a little better, but when gym was over, it went back to being unflexable. I would ask your school track coach or dance team coach or whatever you have for good stretches, or if someone gives you a good idea, please tell me! And whatever you do, don't quit stretching, even when you do become more flexible
