That would be Darnasus, the Night Elf capital city.
You get there by first going to Stormwind. Catch the subway to Ironforge, the follow the major the LONG way around East, then North, then West into the Wetlands and go to the Alliance town there. Catch the boat to Dark Shore, use the flight point to fly to Darnasus. Once you are there a guard can direct you to the trainer.
