i would have to say the best thing that could be invented to make a laptop better would be a little mouse that you can slide out of the side of pop off the bottom that has recharchable batteries, so when you slide it back in place it charges automatically and goes anywhere withthe laptop, so that when you are on the go and you sit down to surf or work you can slide it out and use it, even if it is small and flat, as long and you have to buttons and you can move it with you hands. I love laptops and touchpads are fine for some stuff, but when i am in a class like say statistics or a database class that we have to use out laptops in, i wish i could have a mouse that i cousl just pop out and use, since it would be more accurate than the touch pad!

Every time you move the mouse or type on the keyboard, the movement causes charging of the battery. Just like the flashlight that you shake to charge itself.

having a built-in power source like solar cells so i dont have to plug my laptop to an outlet.
