I get it all the time, every day, all month. been like this since I was about 12, about a few months before I got my first period when I was 12. Its like having a ultra light period every day. I used to use pantyliners all day and night, but lately I've realised its a waste of money. at some times of the month, its really heavy as well.

Also, my period before last was 2 weeks early, and the last was 1 week early.

I'm 14

this normal?

Yes, it is normal to have some discharge from your vagina every day, but if you are having so much of it that is wetting your panties that is like a soaking this needs to be evaluated by your doctor. In the mean time let your mom know what's going on so that she can help you keep an eye on it.

Normal. You're body is just sorting itself out and getting into it's own rhythm.
