ask for help for anything in my life is the worst thing .I shame for asking for help

Not being willing to ask for help denies others the opportunity to help. I have often been accused of this. People like to be able to offer assistance - I bet you like helping people. Could it be that you are afraid of rejection?

i think the opposite.
I have a learning disability and ppl, such as teachers, comment on the fact that i activly ask them for their help. it shows maturity to be able to admit that you simply cant do everything by yourself. Asking for help is not a shameful thing at all, but a humble thing to do.
Of course, there are limits. When i say its fine to ask for help i do not mean taking advantage of others.
