Well, better? Food, shelter, clothing, etc. It keeps you alive.
Spiritual better? Nothing, its what repopulates the human race.
PLeasurably better? Again wouldn't know, I can't imagine too much though. - Humans are animals and were made to reproduce. Thus we have all those special glands for hormones like testosterone, saratonin, etc and of all those special glands several are reserved for sexual activities. So we naturally are supposed to enjoy sex more, there are no natural glands that only make you get off by doing the dishes or paying taxes. Humans are mammals first and intelligent beings second.
-In summery, humans, espeshally teens, are horny, and it can be blamed on primal instincts. So in all liklyhood, sex should theoretically be one of the most enjoyable activites any human would do.
