Eighteen...Alice Cooper. That was a huge hit for him in the early 70's. Try that, I think its the one you want!

Try Wikipedia. Put it the song name, or the album it was on and it will name all of the tracks.
Also you might be thinking of: "I'm Eighteen" by Alice Cooper
or "18 and Life" by Skid Row.
