3 is correct: 2 sp2 orbitals bond with the s orbitals of H atoms and one bonds with O along with p-orbital overlap to make up the double bond.
1 and 4 have sp3 hybrid orbitals; 2 and 5 involve p orbitals in the bonding to the s of H.
