4 years is a big difference at this age. If she was 18 and you 22 it would be a little different. She is only a baby compared to you. Don't know where you are calling from but where I am for someone under the age of 16 to have sex is against the law. I think you had better look up your local laws. But The law aside - I believe she is too young to really know what she wants and sex would only hurt her emotionally. Why not do other stuff if you are both comfortable and BOTH consent but use the correct safety precautions of course. You both need to have strong will power for this though - some couples seem to manage it. Remember STIs can be passed on without intercourse in case you didn't know. Better still, find a girlfriend your own age as far less complicated.

Well you should think more. She is 14 years old! 2 years to young! Yes age doesn't matter but maybe if you want someone you can have sex with you should get with someone a bit older. If she's the one that really wants it tell her you could get put away for it no matter how old she looks. You have to think of the consequences if you feel bad just thinking about it how bad are you going to feel when you get a 14 year old pregnant. It may be fun while your doing it and she may enjoy it but she won't enjoy the 9 months carrying it and then looking after it.
Plus if your asking this question your obviously not ready.

That means you are "still"16, is she almost 15 or just turned 14? No need telling you that both of you are too young to be having sex, but if you insist on doing it at least wear a rubber!
Also remember once you are 18 and she is 14 or 15 you can be arrested for statuary "RAPE" If you can't do the time don't
do the crime! By the Way is this the only girl in town, or the only one you could talk into having sex? Are you afraid to deal with one of your peer group or have you been rejected so many times you need to deal with a younger person. Ask yourself what are the real reasons you want to have sex with this girl and be honest!

Personally I think its wrong.. Not only because of her age but she's not mature enough.. What if she reacts in a bad way. Having sex at such a young age might mess her up in the head because she may not be really sure of what she wants to do or even worst she might get you in trouble and say it was rape.. You should think about it very good before you do something you might regret. Try to find someone a little bit older and if that's not what you want sit down with this girl and make sure that's really what she wants to do.. I seen a really bad case.. Where the girl ended up pregnant and when her parents found out she claimed it was raped in order to get off the hook... he's been locked up for 3yrs now.. and I bet he regrets it everyday while she's out here like nothing happened.. Just give it some thought.. Hope you make the right choice.

yes you should feel bad and shouldn't do it...no matter what she is under the concent age most states its 16 and that whole "almost 18 thing" will put your butt in jail real fast...its not worth it just find some one more like 17 almost 18
at 14 a girl doesn't know what she wants...she wants sex cuz her friends say its cool and an older guy is giving her attention even if it isn't good attention

As a Minister, I have seen a young man 19 years old go to jail for having sex with a girl who was 14 and she became pregnant. The parents pressed charges and now because of his poor judgment he is now serving a 15 year sentence. I would encourage you to find someone 18 years or older and avoid the temptations of this. Don't make a mistake you will pay for with your freedom. She is too young.

What are the age of consent laws in your state? Check that out, and also figure out what you'll do about the fact that you're turning 18 soon and she will be a minor...
I mean, if you're just gonna tap it and run, that's your call. Just be careful, use protection, BE KIND (it MAY be her first time), and don't lead her on.
Your lives are going on very different paths right now, so personally looking from your standpoint, I'd get someone a little closer to my own age.

You have no right to take that girls innocence. Find a girl your own age. Or don't even have sex at all! you don't even mention that she's your girlfriend or "sum1" you even care about. Wrong wrong wrong. And if you decide to ruin her life after you turn 18, she can file charges against you since you're no longer a minor. Is sex really worth that?

Physically no. Legally watch out! Emotionally you might want to think about it. Is it just for sex for her too? Most 14 yr old girls get tied emotionally to the guy especially if it's her first and can cause all kinds of nightmares just not worth it for either of you down the road. Are you having trouble finding a girl around your own age or do you like easy pickens?

Yes, you're too old. Stay away from her, even if she seems mature enough to handle it. You could go to jail. If you were to be convicted of statutory rape or any sex-related crime involving a minor, you could end up having to be a registered sex offender. That means you'd be in the same category as people who molest toddlers. When the general public hears the words "registered sex offender" or "sex with a minor," they don't know the difference. You might feel it was only two teenagers having consensual sex, but the rest of the world wouldn't. (And legally speaking, a 14-year old can't have consensual sex because they aren't old enough to consent.)
