Not quite "ultimately as," in that bombastic nonsense is relativistic; if from my coordinates bombastic nonsense is the total of a viewed event, then no matter another's measurement, bombastic nonsense is the description from my position. Absolute chaos has a real meaning in relation to the state of the universe.
