My green spotted puffer won't eat.?

Question

i feed him brine shrimp and blood worms. i have had him for about 4 weeks. My gold fish is a pig and eats most of the food but my puffer wont eat left overs. Dose anyone know whats wrong with him?

Puffers need a brackish ( salty) tank.They also need small snails and shrimp (live ones) They aren't meant to be kept with goldfish!
