so yeah, last saturday, there was this 2 to 3 year old toddler who came over to my house since his mom is a friend of my mom's. so i was kinda bored and came over to watch him play and decided to play toy cars with him on the rocks surrounding my fish pond. so when i was playing with him, he suddenly came close to me and placed both his hands onto my shoulders and i don't know if he wanted to give me a hug or if he was about to fall and needed support. i catch him and said "wow! wow! wow!" thinking at that point of time he was about to lose his balance and fall or something. so i can't figure out what that cute little kid was trying to do. but anyway, i feel so touched and started to feel motherly the whole time i was with him. so is that good or bad for a 14 yr old kid who before this thinks that toddlers and babies are troublesome and irritating?

Its propably a good thing. Its the natural maternal instinct in you.But do not go over board as you are still too young to be tied down with children. They are troublesome and irritating at times.
