My stingy employers are refusing to replace my worn-out, 18 month old uniform tops. I can pick up the tops at the supplier for a reasonable price, but I dont think they will embroider the company logo on them without permission from my employer.

If its patch, you might be able to do it but not the embroidery on the actual shirt... One thing you can do (i'm not sure if it will be acceptable for your employers but...) is to cut our the embroidery and sew it on to the plain patch and make your own patch....?? Good luck!

if it was put on there by a sewing machine then yes you can take it off and use a machine to re attach it to another shirt or just use a needle and thread to attach it....

or you may can take the two shirts to the local dry cleaning place and they sometimes will add patches.

you can look into iron on tape in the fabric department so that you don't have to sew anything...
just remove the patch and use the iron on tape to adhere the patch new shirt...

good luck
