I was such a good worker. Fresh, motivated. Now I am bored with the job, but how can I make it more interesting? I can't go find a new job every time it gets boring.

actually you can find a new job every time you get bored. Most employers expect it these days. The 20-30s are often changing their job, so don't be too afraid to do some change.
Personally I get job motivation from a range of different sources.
1. Look for new challenges at work. Try and improve on things currently in the work environment.
2. Stay customer focused. If my customers (external or internal) are happy, then I am happy and have good job satisfaction.
3. Learn more about my job. If your job is say computers, study computers, if you job is shovelling horse do dos, then learnt everything you can about horse do dos.
Finally, it is just a job. If the company is not motivating you then the question is, what is wrong with the company you work for.

put a plant on your desk, maybe a pic. decorate it. just keep in mind if you don't work you will be a bum on the streets begging for money just to eat. my motivation is my kids. :)

You must be looking for affirmation in your job, and not connecting spiritually to God
