i am making a project on vehicle identification.?

I know the base of this project but coding is main problem for me.
project is something like this when u entered the number of any vehicle it will show you all the details of that vehicle.
Like Model number,owner,city,address etc.

Just do it in MS Access. There is all the information and help you could need. All you have to do is define the table, design the screens and add the links between the two.

The help is quite good too. Also not too much coding.

hii...what language you will be using? if you dislike programming, how about doing a web-based system... create a simple form with registration no, model no, owner, city, address...etc in a html page for the interface. you can use dreamweaver for it. then build a database..field those fields mentioned above. there you are set to retrieve all the details of the vehicle...you need a processing page in between your form to insert & retrieve the details..preferably php..you can use xampp software, it is free to be downloaded....besides that, html script can be easily found online so no sweat..hope this might help;)
