Real estate is a broad field. It can reach out into appraising, assessing (for municipalities), mortgage brokering, corporate buying (example: General Motors, etc., buy and sell property continuously, they have their own office for this)....A degree can take you far, research it with your university.

all u can do with a license is hope to land a job selling real estate for a small commission at times. The money is not in real estate per-say its in future payments. Today's lesson: PROMISSORY NOTES.

nothing! dont get a degree in real estate...get one in a related field like finance...and then just get your realtors lisc.
