The easiest way to make an RSS feed is to use software. I suggest FeedForAll http://www.feedforall.com . It has a built in wizard and is really easy to use.
If you prefer to manually create the RSS feed here is a site that will walk you through the process of hand coding the feed. http://www.make-rss-feeds.com/making-an-rss-feed.htm

put these into quotes on google "How to Create an RSS Feed With Notepad, a Web Server, and a Beer"
