If they fell behind 0-3, then I think a comeback would be next to impossible. The Rockies have a huge home field advantage at Coors, and they'd have two games in that situation to finish off the Sox.

At 1-3, I'd still give them a chance. It would be tough because they'd have to beat Colorado's best pitcher in Game 5 (Francis), but if they did that and sent it back to Fenway, who knows what could happen?

I don't think either of these teams would blow a 3-0 lead.

They have every chance of doing so, whether it's 0-3 or 1-3. Same for the Rockies. In fact, I daresay both teams are evenly matched based on form and momentum, although Boston has a slight advantage on the latter, basically because they have had a shorter layoff. Colorado has a team that's going there for the first time, so they might experience nerves one game away from winning the World Series.

Yes...but don't worry...Boston won't be going down anyway in the series...Colorado may win 1 game at home...but Boston rolls either 4-1 or 4-0 in the series...

This would be very tough for the Sox. Remember, in June they played the Rockies in Fenway and Colorado took 2 of 3 in interleague beating Beckett and Schilling in those games! GO ROX!!!

I think it is a definite potential. This team is no stranger to making a come back. They have the playoff experience to not lose their cool either - and they have tons of patience So, heaven forbid, they fall that fall behind, I think there is still hope for them to turn it around!!
Go Sox!

Game 5 will be Monday night with the Broncos playing next door at Mile High. I'm sure they will come over at halftime and break some Boston bones if they even THINK about coming back! LOL

Colorado has won 21 of last 22. They are not the 2007 Indians or the 2004 Yankees

If they fall into that hole, Boston is the team most capable of getting out of it and winning.

Boston does have a history of coming back from behind and winning, so i think they can.

If they do, I'll tip my hat to them. But to do so would really be pressing their luck.
