Name a right - most are abused on a regular basis:
Free Speech - abused by the KKK to incite hatred.
Religion - Pseudo religions cite this to avoid taxation
Press - Books on how to commit crimes, some may argue pornography
Bare Arms - every time a hand gun is used in a violent crime
Abortion - made into a right by Roe v Wade, abused by prostitutes who use it as birth control
the list goes on, but as I have argued in the past - just because a right is abused by some doesn't mean it should be taken away from everybody.

One prime example is AL Sharpton and Tawana Brawley lying about a racist attack on her! Total abuse of civil rights and defamation of innocent people, and this type of abuse of civil rights goes on everyday with made up accusations that should be laughed out of court and are not! How bout example of other countries abusing their rights for your next question? Hah?

alien and sedition acts mcarthy era ww2 civil war suspension of habeaus corpus, Nixon which led to freedom of information
however in many of these cases it was for the good of the country like ww2 where certain rights were taken away.
also what do u mean by abused?
