I ordered my luggage on the 10th of this month. My total for everything totaled up to $162.50. When I look at the order information provided for the items I ordered on the site, it says the status is pending. I don't understand how that could be, when $162.50 was already taken out of my account. I'm getting real worried that they ripped me off. Should I wait a little longer to see if my items process, or report this?

I've also emailed the person with the provided email address given on the site. I contacted the person 2 weeks ago, and I still never got a response.

I checked the site and can't tell there if it is a scam or not. Did you try and CALL THEM ? It gives a phone number on the website: (817) 517-5858, and it says to ASK FOR: Christi, Donna, or Lysa. If you do not have your merchandise by two weeks after your payment was processed, and cannot reach them by phone, file a letter of claim with the BANK on which your credit card was issued. They can reverse the payment if the merchant cannot document that the merchandise was shipped to you.

Sometimes these internet sites don't get updated very often. So your order might be on its way but they haven't bothered to update it after it was pending. I would try emailing again and also see if there is a phone number you can call. Good luck.

I ONLY ORDERED ON LINE ONCE AND THE COMPANY CHARGED ME 3 X AND I NEVER GOT WHAT I ORDERED.I WENT TO MY BANK,THEY CANCELLED MY DEBIT CARD AND CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND I GOT ALL MY MONET BACK,OVER$800.TRY YOUR BANK
