I will love to build computers in my free time but, I got a job that doesn't pays, financial responsibilities, and can never set money aside for a budget or emergency. What can I do? What else can I do to?

Why not go around to businesses and ask for old computers that they are going to throw out. Give them your name and number so if they have any in the future they can give you a call. Place ads in your local freecycle group for old computers - working or not. Go to freecycle.com to find a local group.

My husband often brings home thrown out computers from his work, they just toss them when they update. Some work fine while others are cannibalised to make up another computer. The computer I am on was rebuilt from other computers. He has never sold any but could, he has used parts to make computers for relatives.

Eventually you will hopefully be able to make money doing what you love, working on computers. Until then, maybe you could save money in small ways that add up like walking instead of driving, taking your lunch so you won't eat out, buy your clothes at the thrift shop instead of new (you can find great clothes there sometimes if you look carefully), take a second job mowing yards and shoveling snow to get a little extra, take a second job as a waiter so you get tips which you can save up, budget your money and plan your grocery shopping and meals, and winterize your home so you don't spend so much on utilities.
The problem with second jobs is they take up your free time that you would rather spend on your hobby! I don't know any way around this other than time. Eventually you will not have to work 2 jobs. I think you could get paid for working on computers for businesses. The local people we have around here are pathetic. When we have computer trouble and we have to call them, often they don't even return our calls! They are so busy they don't have to.
Good luck!

Go around your neighborhood and find people with dogs. Many people will pay you to walk their dogs. You can do several at one time. Also, volunteer to house sit while people go on vacation. This way you stay at their home, water the plants, care for animals, etc. Lots of people leave food for you to eat, so this saves money on food you have to buy. If you work regular job 8 to 5, explain that to people you would be house sitting for. Usually they'll be happy to work out a schedule with you. Check the newspaper for ads for different kinds of services. The paper will give you a guideline as to what to charge for different services. Grocery stores hire part time night people to help stock shelves, also they use extras for inventory. Inquire at your local grocery store. Also baby sitting pays good. You may have to get bonded for that so people will trust you with their children. The pay is good.

If you are really good at working on computers, why not run and ad, print up some business cards and then start working on other people's computers for money??
I think you can do it!
