Dark circles and dizziness are both symptoms of allergies. You may want to start looking at your enviromental exposures.

Dark circles under the eyes does not signify loss of sleep. It usually indicates a dietary problem. Or, more precisely an assimilation problem of certain nutrients you are not getting. The amount of sleep required by a teenager is 8-9 hours. For a mature adult, it depends on the amount of time it takes for the body to repair itself, relative to the amount of energy expended the previous day. Since most people don't do manual labor any more, the need of sleep is reduced. Anything close to 6 hours is usually adequate. This will decrease as one gets older. Often being as little as 4 hours. The only symptoms you present are dark circles under your eyes and feeling dizzy.. Is this dizziness only occurring when you waken or is it prolonged into the day? How long have these symptoms been present? Lots of questions in need of answers. So there is little can be presented here as far as answers but, they are available if you want to take the time to go into the details needed.

Have you been eating well? I know I tend to get dizzy when I haven't been eating well for a few days.
