Also -- foreign aid -- what percentage of US taxes should the govt allocate to helping out other countries -- as opposed to spending that money on US citizens and residents.

Should the Constitution of the United States be ignored in a time of war?
Should the Electoral College be disband? Is it necessary any more?
Should Election Campaign Reform be changed to include the following
1. All candidates will be given a set amount of money. This includes Democrats, Republicans, Independents etc...
2. This money must be used for campaign advertising which is about the candidate only. No attack ads!
3. The advertising sold to other individuals or groups must be equal. 100 hours to Democrats? Then 100 Hours to Republicans etc...
There must also be equal time for free air time, free print etc...
Another good question would be: Do you think the Social Security System would be fully funded if all funds borrowed from Social Security for Pet Projects were required to be paid back with interest! This is a little known fact that many Congressmen "borrowed from the SS fund for pet projects for their states and never paid the money back!

Global warming is something that really seems to matter now. It can tie into hurricanes and how our government responds to them.
As for a second one, I'd say all the recent Chinese toy recalls and tie it into how jobs are moving to other countries to save money.
