Possibly a ghost shrimp? See photo: http://www.poseidonsrealm.com/GlassShrimp.jpg

If you have any plants in your tank, it may have come in hidden among those. These would be safe with your fish - they primarily eat algae, but will pick at fish food.

It may also be a damselfly larvae:http://www.fathom.com/feature/122469/2914_plec9_SM.jpg - note the 3 large tail filaments which would separate it from the shrimp. It could also come in on plants, but adult damselfies are winged and can fly, and they lay their eggs in water. A tiny one wouldn't be much of a bother, but if it's more than 3/4 of an ich, it would try to eat the fry. Adults look like smaller, colorful dragonflies.

If you think it's a damselfy larva, just take it to the nearest pond or creek and let it go.In the spring,it will turn into a damselfly.
