I don't listen to many bands/singers with female voices, my iTunes is basically all males.
And then paramore comes along and I love them.

Anyway, heres a list of the female voices I listen, tell us yours. And if your iTunes is made up of male voices too.

Recommend me some female voices in rock bands or pop music that I should check out.

The Like is really good. They have a few EPs out plus one album, called Are You Thinking What I'm Thinking. I like the songs "Falling Away" and "June Gloom" a lot, but the whole album is pretty solid.

Also, if you're into electronica, try The Birthday Massacre.

Silversun Pickups and Straylight Run both have one male vocalist and one female vocalist.

And maybe The Veronicas? They have a new album coming out in just a few weeks. =]

You mentioned my three all-time favorites!

Letters to Cleo
Tegan & Sara
Meg & Dia

Be VERY aware that LTC lead singer Kay Hanley is about to release her second solo album (with husband Mike Eisenstein, lead guitarist of LTC) and it's absolutely incredible. Her first album, "Cherry Marmalade" is also entirely amazing...

Then check out Veruca Salt's first two albums, "American Thighs" and "8 Arms to Hold You" before then following former VS vocalist/ guitarist Nina Gordon on to her two solo records "Tonight & The Rest of My Life" and "Bleeding Heart Graffiti."

Enjoy! At least look Kay up, you'll be very happy you did...
