For some guys, when they get into a secure and long-term relationship they think that they don't have to "try" anymore. Like because they know they're relationship is more than sex now that they don't have to try that hard at sex.
I would, first of all, say something. Don't be mean about it, because there is a (small) possibility that it really is just a medical thing, but say something along the lines of "Remember when we were first dating and you did that thing (some fun foreplay thing you liked)? I really loved that....let's do it again".
Also, another good thing to do is to initiate foreplay and then hold out until he recipricates. For instance, you give him something he likes, but isn't sex (I'm sure you know what that is) and when he goes in for the whole shebang, point him in another direction toward your favorite kind of foreplay.
Over all, try to stay positive and not yell at him and find fun new ways to encourage his interest in the smaller stuff. Good luck =)

It helps if you stop in the middle of sex and kiss or something, that will prevent him from nutting and gives you extra time and also helps sex be more intimate!
