They make tubes to go in the small tires. The handtruck tires are probably the same size as a Snapper lawn mower front tire. You can change the tire with two screw drivers, or add a tire tube from your local lawnmower shop. Take the tire size from the side of tire with you when you go, they can order you what size you need.

do you mean a 2 wheel dolly? the tires have small tubes inside like old bike tires. you buy a new tube and change the tube out. sometimes you can patch the tube just like bike tire tubes if not badly damaged. good luck

insert a tube(new)! add some slime to it to prevent ploblem again. or have shop fix it..
