Long beach to San Diego is southbound.

It said on the news this morning 10/24 that the 5 was closed from San Clemente to Camp Pendleton due to the Oceanside fire....

It's open right now. There is no Oceanside fire, but there is one burning south east of it right now. They're doing a controlled burn by San Onofre right now so that the fires can't reach past I-5

It was closed briefly but is open again.
