We allowed my parents to talk us into keeping the baby on Halloween. Anyway, this will be the first time that we will be going out since the baby has been born. So, I need suggestions on a costume for my husband. He is a very tall man and I am very petite. These are the costume ideas that I have thought of:
1) Bunnies (he hated that)
2. Superman and Lois Lane
3.Fred Flinstone and Wilma
4. Tarzan and Jane
5. Ike and Tina
6.King Kong and whatever the lady is in the movie
Well my husband hates all those ideas. He do not see it as being macho enough. How can you get more macho than Superman or Tarzan? Any suggestions? What would be a good match?

I was online and if you're into humorous costumes, definately go with a plug-in and socket costume. Or a nut and bolt. If you really want to have fun with it you could make him a pimp and you a hoe... hope those suggestions get your mind thinking!

My husband is 6'5, and a few years ago, he went as Frankenstien, and I as his bride. He just got an old sports coat from a thrift store, (brown) that was a little too small, and short in the sleeves, and then he just flexed his arms, so it would split at the back seams. He cut some jagged edges into the bottoms of some black slacks, and wore a ripped t-shirt underneath. He went ahead and did the whole make-up thing, where he painted himself green, and I drew some scars and stitches on his face, and sprayed his hair black, but there are also some good masks available. The bride's wig was a little hard to find, so I suggest looking online. It was a BIG hits with the kids, and grownups as well!

See if you can scare up some of the armor from "The 300" movie... a Greek hoplite of something along those lines.
Or how about Hercules and Xena?
